1. Subscription & Autopay Policy

WelcomeAtoZ offers a premium membership for platform maintenance and expert guidance. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Autopay Authorization: You authorize WelcomeAtoZ to automatically debit the subscription fee (Monthly/Weekly as selected) from your linked payment method via Razorpay.
Recurring Billing: The subscription will continue and renew automatically until you explicitly request a cancellation.
Maintenance Fee: The fee is charged for platform upkeep, video tutorials, and technical support. It is NOT a fee for government forms or official applications.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in transparency and give you full control over your subscription.

Cancellation Request: To cancel your Autopay, you must send an email to welcomeatoz2025@gmail.com (or your official email) at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Processing Time: Cancellation requests will be processed within 7 working days.
No Refund: Fees once paid are non-refundable. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Website Use

WelcomeAtoZ is an independent informational platform. All government links provided are 100% free and available in the public domain. Our services are strictly for educational and guidance purposes.

4. Disclaimer

No Government Affiliation: WelcomeAtoZ is a private entity. We are NOT a government agency and are not affiliated with any government department. We do not guarantee the approval of any scheme or application. The final decision rests with the respective government authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, graphics, and video guidance produced by WelcomeAtoZ are our intellectual property. Reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
