Note: WelcomeAtoZ provides digital services and platform access. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are paying for platform maintenance and video guidance.

1. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. However, to stop the next scheduled Autopay debit, you must follow these rules:

Notice Period: Cancellation requests must be sent via email at least 7 working days before your next billing date.
How to Cancel: Please send an email to welcomeatoz2025@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Subscription Cancellation".
Processing: Once we receive your request, our team will process the cancellation within 7 working days, and no further amount will be debited from your account.

2. Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best guidance through our platform. Regarding refunds:

Non-Refundable: Since our service provides immediate access to digital resources, curated links, and video guidance, the subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds for the remaining days of a subscription cycle. If you cancel mid-month, you will continue to have access until the end of that billing period.
Failed Transactions: If an amount is debited from your account but the subscription is not activated, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve it within 48-72 hours.

3. Unauthorized Charges

If you see a charge from WelcomeAtoZ that you did not authorize, please contact us at welcomeatoz2025@gmail.com before reaching out to your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.

By making a payment on WelcomeAtoZ, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
